On the weekend of October 24 I will be speaking at the annual Francis Marion/Swamp Fox Symposium on "Marion and People of Color" as a prelude to my upcoming "American Guerrilla: How Francis Marion, the Swamp Fox, Saved the Revolution," to be published in fall 2016 by Da Capo Press.
I will be speaking as part of "Jean Arthur" weekend in Plattsburgh New York, her birthplace, over the weekend of April 30. They are unveiling a plaque in the downtown and giving showings of "Mr. Smith Goes to Washington."
